New Delhi is the capital city of India and one of biggest metros of India. New Delhi has two prominent places certified by UNESCO World Heritage Sites; Humayun’s Tomb and Qutb’s Complex. Lotus Temple:

ponds, situated in the village Bahapur of Delhi. Completed in the year 1986, the temple got several award of architecture in its short period. The Lotus temple is open for all religion throughout the year. It is one of the highest visitors place after Eiffel Tower and Taj Mahal.
India Gate:
It is the national monument of India. Designed by Sir Edwin Lutyens, it is known as the All India War Memorial in the memory of 90 thousand soldiers who lost their lives during World War I, British Raj and Third Anglo-Afghan War. Currently, it was also a memorial site of Indian Army, in the name of ‘Amar Jawan Jyoti’.
Tomb of Humayun:
Also known as ‘Humayun Ka Maqbara’ was built in the memory of Humayun’s wife Hamida Banu Begum in the year 1562. It was surrounded with Char Bagh garden, Barber’s tomb and other monuments such as Isa Khan Niyazi’s tomb, Afsarwala tomb, Nila gumbad etc. It is beautiful designed by a Persian architect Mirak Miza Ghiyath.
Connaught Place:
Also known as Rajiv Chowk is the center of New Delhi for finance, commerce and business; also called one of the business districts of Delhi. Regal Cinema, the first theatre in Delhi is situated in Connaught place; built by Sir Shobha Singh in the year 1932. Connaught place is also a place for many Indian Bollywood movies, such as 3-Idiots, Dehi Belly, Rockstar, Agent Vinod, etc. The Central Park, Palika Bazaar are the famous places in Connaught Place.
Akshardham:

Swaminarayan Akshardham is the ‘World’s Largest Comprehensive Hindu Temple’ as per the Guinness World Record in the year 2007. The temple was encouraged and developed by Pramukh Swami Maharaj. It is one of the prime tourist spots in New Delhi, which attracts more than 70% of New Delhi’s visitors.
Qutb Minar:
Qutub Tower is situated in Qutub Complex of New Delhi; which is the tallest minaret in India, made up of red sandstone and marble stones in the year1192. The Minar construction was started by Qutb-ud-din-Aibak and finished by Iltutmish. The 72.5mt height tower has 379 stairs; which is a remarkable and notable place by UNESCO World Heritage Site.
