5 Self Help Techniques

There are many ways to treat diseases at home, without moving any clinic or hospital. People used to practice many alternative medicines at home and practice some self help techniques such as reflexology, crystal healing, Panch Tatva, music therapy, hypnosis, yoga and meditation etc. The common ailments such as depression, body pain or ache, stress, tension, anxiety, insomnia, obesity or other weight loss programs etc can be treated at home without attaining in the course of any clinical practices. The most common and important self help techniques I’ve explained in this article are Crystal Healing, Reflexology, Panch Tatva, Hypnosis and Music Therapy. 

  1. Crystals are various designed structures of gems, stones and minerals which people belief and experimented since a decade after using to recover health from various disease or ailments. Since thousands of year people have a belief on crystals, gems that helps curing body, mind and spirit or soul. Gems are of different kinds, which having some supernatural powers that are controlled by the nine planets, sun and moon of our solar system. As per the gravitational forces and interrelationship of planets towards earth, the forces and energy mechanize towards healing various ailments of a human body. Crystal healing is a huge course or study which should be followed or implemented as per the guidance of specialties or experts.
  2. Reflexology is a kind of massage therapy; also called acupressure that used to practice at the below feet and palms. The nerves of palms and feet are interconnected to various body organs. Whenever any body part becomes disorder or ill, the related nerves can be treated by massaging the specific area of palm or feet with some specific oil. Reflexology is so called as self healing or a self help technique that helps curing diseases or ailments of body parts. 
  3. Panch Tatva (or Five Elements) Meditation is an old and ancient treatment practiced in Asian countries. As our universe is made up of five elements such as sky, air, fire, water and earth; a human body is too made up of these five elements. Due to lack of any substance or excess of any of these five elements our body gets disorder or illness. Panch Tatva meditation helps curing or balancing the excessive or lessening of any of these five elements in our body.
  4. Hypnosis is a logically application on the state of mind where a person loses all inhibitions and subconscious from the body. During the stage of hypnotize the person gets advantageous a lot. It not only cures depression, anxiety, stress, body pain and ache; but also helps quieting bad habits such as smoking, drinking, panicking, etc. with boosting your self confidence and attentiveness.
  5. Music therapy is an alternative self help technique that helps healing many mental disorders and hypertension etc. In addition, the effect of music therapy too energizes and boost up communication, memory power, endorsement of physical healing etc. The music therapy is of different kind that depends upon the timing, climate or mood of the nature.
