Food and Wine Classic, Aspen, Colorado

Food and Wine Classic is a famous American event of wine & food testing, cooking competitions & demonstrations, and featured speakers. This event is going in June of every year at Aspen, Colorado. In June 15th -17th of 2012, Food and Wine Classic is going to celebrate its 30 years of completion. Food and Wine is a brand, owned by American Express Publishing Corporation; which publishes a monthly magazine ‘Food & Wine’ since 1978.

The program for Food and Wine Classic in the year 2012 starts with a Trade-Only Kick-Off Party in the evening of 14th June. The main events will begin with a morning Continental breakfast by American Express, on next day morning 8am. As per the schedule, it is a complete three day program, which consists of various cooking demos, wine seminars, reserved wine tasting, grand tasting, private grand tasting and other trade programs.
