The famous LGBT events in Europe are, EuroGames, Europride, Mr Gay Europe, Sofia Pride of Bulgaria, In&Out of France, Riga Pride & Friendship days in Latvia, Amsterdam Gay pride, Porto Pride of Portugal, Moscow Pride of Russia, GayFest of Romania, Belgrade Pride of Serbia; Pride London, Brighton Pride, and Manchester Pride of United Kingdom. Apart from these, there are more than hundred pride parades and events are been conducted in European countries and UK.
- EuroGames is a LGBT Sporting event hosted by European Gay and Lesbian Sport Federation, every year during July. The games are being in different European countries, such as Netherlands, Germany, France, UK, Denmark, Belgium and Hungary. The 2012 EuroGames is going to be held at Budapest of Hungary.
- Europride is an event committed to LGBT pride; which has being hosted by different countries of Europe every year. The first Europride was held in the year 1992 at London where more than a million people attended. The current year 2012 Europride is going to be held at London along with Pride London festival.
- Mr Gay Europe is an event held in the month of August every year in different countries of Europe to choose the top male beauty.
- Sofia Parade of Bulgaria was first conducted by BGO Gemini NGO on June 28th of 2008; 40 years after the gay became legal.
- In&Out festival of France is also known as Rencontres Cinématographiques, Nice Queer Film Festival. Founded in the year 2009 the festival occurs at the end of April-May of every year.
- Riga Pride & Friendship Days are the annual event of Riga, Latvia. Earlier it was known as ‘Riga Pride’; which began in the year 2005.
- Amsterdam Gay Pride is one of the largest prides in the world. The weeklong festival consists of many events such as canal parade on Saturday, street parties, club circuit parties etc.
- Moscow Pride of Russia is a demonstration and event of LGBT persons held in the month of May every year since 2006.
- GayFest is the famous festival of Bucharest, Romania which occurs in May-June of every year by ACCEPT, a non-profit organization. The event also supported by Romanian Health Ministry and National Council for Combating Discrimination. Started in the year 2004, the festival is full of cultural events, films, art exhibitions, parties and funs of LGBT people.
- In UK, there are more than 50 LGBT events occur every year; however the most prominent events are Birmingham Pride, Brighton Pride, Pride Bristol, Manchester Pride, London Lesbian & Gay Film Festival, Mr Gay UK, Nottingham Pride, Pride London, Rainbow Film Festival - Shropshire Lesbian and Gay Film Festival, etc.
